SENIOR EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION CONSULTANT
We are currently seeking an experienced executive compensation consultant to join our rapidly growing firm. Successful applicants must have executive compensation experience and be highly motivated, detail-oriented and looking for a fast-paced, intellectually challenging job with ample growth and learning opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Conduct competitive executive compensation research and analysis and develop appropriate plan design
recommendations based on clients’ needs.
• Build models and conduct analyses of company financials from electronic databases and firm financial statements.
• Research various executive compensation topics (including SEC, FASB, and IRS issues) in order to provide in-depth analysis and frameworks.
• Support various non-client initiatives such as the development of studies and customized surveys, identify business
development opportunities, and assist in proposals to prospective clients, as needed.
• Act as team leader for more junior team members.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Fluency in understanding and interpreting financial statements and other performance metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics or related fields, or equivalent, from a top college or
university.
• 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation. Consulting experience preferred. Relevant tax or accounting
experience (IRC280G, IRC162M, FAS123R, etc.) may be substituted for executive compensation experience.
