COMPENSATION ANALYST ROLE
We are currently seeking an entry-level compensation analyst to join our rapidly growing company. Successful applicants must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and looking for a fast-paced, intellectually challenging job with ample growth and learning opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare recommendations regarding compensation, plan design, etc.
• Perform statistical analysis of compensation data.
• Research SEC, FASB, and IRS issues related to executive compensation.
• Conduct competitive compensation practices research and develop market analyses and recommendations.
• Prepare charts, exhibits and summaries for client reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Build models and conduct analyses of company financials from electronic databases and firm financial statements.
• Benchmark and market price jobs using compensation surveys.
• Support marketing initiatives such as studies and customized surveys and assist in proposals to prospective clients.

• Advanced ability to prioritize and work with a high degree of independence and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where perfection in our output is necessary and expected.
• Proven technical and plan design skills.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Fluency in understanding and interpreting financial statements and other performance metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics or related fields, or equivalent, from a top college or
university.
• The flexibility to work long hours, as necessary.
• For Analyst role, 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, accounting or executive compensation.
